Maxwell Ave House kit is modeled after mid western homes built during the 1930’s and 1940’s. They feature clapboard walls, asphalt roof and brick porch.House kits come in 3 versions. Kit 201 is a small house with no porch. Kit 202 is a house with front porch and kit 203 is a house with side porch. Kit 204 is the porch only. Rix Maxwell Ave. House is molded in three colors. Roof, Brown. Walls, White. Brick porch, Red.

Corrugated Grain Bin - 33ft Tall -HO

Rix 30' Corrugated Grain Bin represent the popular style of grain bins used by many farmers and companies to store many types of commodities. Rix Grain bin is made up of 6 band segments which form a complete band. The bands are then stacked on top of one another until they reach the height you wish. Kit includes enough band segment to produce a either a 30'tall by 24' diameter grain bin with door and 30 degree peaked top. Molded in a Galvanized color.  Also includes roof vents and blower.

Switch Stand

The Rix Switch Stand works directly off the throw bar from any type turnout.  Rotating target turns 90 degrees as the turnout moves.  This is not a ground throw. The target only rotates when the turnout is operated by some other source.

The swivel base allows the vents to remain plum when mounted on a peaked roof.  Kit includes enough parts to produce a total of eight (8) vents. Four (4) swivel bases are also included.
