The most numerous type of bogie coal hopper on the NSW railways.

Powerline Coal Wagon - HO

BCH coal hopper wagons built between 1951 and 1962 and all steel construction with six transverse hopper doors arranged in pairs along the wagon. The first vehicles built without buffers in NSW. The wagons were originally fitted with 2BP bogies. In later years low hung 2CC and curve frame, CFB were also fitted.
