  1. Ten MAL sleeping cars were converted from MFX sitting cars in 1954 for use on the Brisbane Limited Express. They had no crown lights and featured a double letter board. Eureka is modelling 614, 916 and 2109, which had four-truss under-frames.
    ACS922 and 925 were two of ten composite sleeping cars converted from sitting cars in 1958-1960.T
    Dining cars AB91-92 represent the cars during the 1963-1972 period, without crown lights, with double letter board and before the kitchen window modifications of 1972.
    Eureka’s models will be liveried in 1960s-70s Indian red with two buff lines, the only livery carried by most of these cars in the form in which they are being modelled. (See the Eureka web site for more details)
