  1. ESU

The 21 MTC adapter board 2 is also suitable for digitizing a loco without interface, or wish to use more than four function outputs on your decoder.
On the output side, the adapter offers soldered cables (appr. 20cm length) . There are amplifiers (appr. 250mA each) for function AUX3 and AUX4 so that ESU decoders can have up to 6 available physical functions.

  2. Servo Centering Tool

Keep your servos centered while you mount them under the layout.  The tool consists of a battery box connected to a small circuit board that continuously puts out a centering signal for the servo (1.5 ms pulse). Keeping your servos porperly centered while mounting is the key to making the servos work best. The battery box has an on/off switch to save your batteries when not in use. Everyone using servos for turnouts needs one of these. Requires 3 AA batteries.

  3. DCC Solutions

Special lighting upgrades for a range of locomotives equipped with a 21 pin locomotive decoder adds the two physical functions to the Loksound Select or Lokpilot decoders allowing separate operation of the white and red markers. This allows the locomotive to display its markers in a prototypical manner. The DCC Solutions DCC lighting upgrades come complete with full-colour instructions written specifically for each locomotive. Note that these upgrades will work with other 21 pin decoders. Size 22 mm x 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm

    • LAIS #860064

      Capacitor Discharge Unit – CDU – 4x 4700uF
Provides a high current pulse to “snap” points across positively from the capacitors Limits subsequent points current to prevent coil burn out Prevents voltage drop to other parts of the installation during points action. Operates on AC or DC supplies. Uses a high quality industrial double-sided PCB

  5. LAIS - Stayin Alive Kits

Used to supply power to decoders during times of power interruption due to dirty track or problematic track work.
Will power HO Scale locomotive for approximately 6 to 20 seconds (depending on the locomotive and the efficiency of the motor). Includes a blue and a black wire with which to attach it to a decoder. The blue wire is the positive/DC+, the black wire is the GND. You can use it with sound decoders and mobile decoders.

  6. This decoder can be used to drive LEDs in a variety of lighting applications.  It can be used to drive 3-LED signal heads as it is set up for JMRI (type Double Output).  Can also be used to light a building or a car.  with the flicker function it can imitate a flickering light bulb, a welding arc or a campfire.  Although the outputs are marked R Y G for ease of wiring to a signal head, any color LED can be used.  In addition there is a mode for driving a 2-lead bi-color LED.
The decoder uses 2 consecutive DCC addresses - one controls the R output and the other controls the G output.  If both are on then the Y output is lit.

  7. Reduces or eliminates voltage spikes on long runs of DCC bus wire, this is especially important on any DCC track bus wire 40 feet [12 meters] or longer.
Protects decoders from damaging inductive voltage spikes while help preveting temporary loss of control or runaway problems by preserving DCC waveform accuracy.

WHAT ARE THE SIGNS YOU MAY NEED A RC FILTER ON THE TRACK BUS?

    1) Loss of train control
    2) Runaway engines (Take off) :
    3) Loss of decoder programming.
    4) Decoders blowing up.
Consider installing a snubber at the end of each cab bus

  8. Ultra-Miniature Simulator Circuit Board - DCC & Stationary Use; Input 6-18V DC

    Steam Locomotive Class Light

Lighting Effects Circuit for Any Scale

Smaller than any decoder at just .31" x .31" x .118" and utilizing the industry's smallest microcontroller and associated voltage control circuitry, the total module consumes less than 500 µa (<1/2 ma). Typical peak operating current for these modules with LED(s) attached and running through full brightness curves range from 18-38 ma. This makes them ideally suited for operation when powered directly by a function output of any of today's HO, N or Z-scale DCC decoders. Designed specifically to provide truly realistic lighting effects for 20ma LEDs, these modules include input protection against reverse polarity. Input voltage range 6-18 VDC. On-board current limiting resistor. Extra input wires included. LEDs sold separately.

  9. NCE

The operator side is fitted with RJ-12 jacks for throttles while offering CAT5 cable connections for improved noise rejection on larger layouts using standard computer CAT 5 cables. This board also provides a convenient point to add additional 12 Volt cab bus power when bus lengths exceed 20 meter [60 feet]. Shown with the included fascia plate.
